Job description
Monitor machine operations in real-time to detect any anomalies, making immediate adjustments as necessary to maintain efficiency.
Set up and calibrate machines according to production specifications, ensuring optimal performance and product quality.
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to minimize downtime and ensure consistent production flow.
Document production data, including quantities produced and machine performance metrics, for quality control and reporting purposes.
Work closely with the quality assurance team to perform inspections and tests on produced items to ensure they meet industry standards.
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions effectively.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in machine operation or related fields are a significant advantage.
Familiarity with industry-specific machinery and tools, including CNC machines, lathes, and milling machines.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure precise machine setup.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and convey technical information clearly.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality, consistently producing high-standard output and identifying areas for improvement.
Installs, services, and repairs water and sewage pumps and related controls.
