Bending Machine Operator

Operate CNC Hydraulic Press Brake / Bending Machine for sheet metal fabrication.

Set up and adjust machine parameters according to drawings and work instructions.

Select and install suitable tools, dies, and punches for bending operations.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, and bending details.

Perform accurate bending operations while maintaining required dimensions and angles.

Inspect finished parts and ensure compliance with quality requirements.

Perform basic troubleshooting and report machine issues.

Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety procedures.

Coordinate with production and quality teams to meet daily targets.

Record production data and maintain proper documentation.

Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Bending Machine Operator / Press Brake Operator.

Experience in sheet metal fabrication, tanks, pressure vessels, or steel structures is preferred.

Good knowledge of CNC bending machine operation and setup.

Ability to read and understand technical drawings.

Familiar with measuring tools (Vernier caliper, measuring tape, angle gauge, etc.).

Good understanding of material grades and sheet thickness handling.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
