Maintenance Technician

· Carry out routine maintenance and repair work and respond to equipment faults

· Diagnose and fix breakdown problems

. Must be competent to fix machines like Shearing and bending, plasma, laserr, cutting, lathe etc

· Fit new parts and make sure equipment is working correctly

. Prepare jigs and fixtures

· Control maintenance tools, stores, and equipment

• Diploma in Mechanical engineering or High School with minimum 5 years experience in maintenance and repair of machinery
• High school diploma with not less than five years practical experience in the maintenance field
• Experience in Electrical components of Plant and Machinery
• Knowledge of operating and diagnosing electrical controllers is preferred
• Should be able to deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs
