Job description
- Prepare and produce a variety of bakery items including breads, pastries, croissants, buns, and other baked products.
- Ensure consistency in product quality, taste, appearance, and presentation.
- Develop and improve bakery recipes and production processes.
- Oversee daily bakery production and ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organization.
- Monitor ingredient quality and manage inventory requirements.
- Work closely with management to support menu development and new product launches.
- Proven experience as a Bakery Chef or Pastry/Bakery Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of bread production, dough preparation, fermentation, and baking techniques.
- Experience in high-volume bakery production is preferred.
- Ability to develop recipes and maintain consistent product quality.
- Strong hands-on experience in bakery operations and daily production management.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and cleanliness.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and professional work ethic.
