Job description
Roles & Responsibility
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges encountered during project execution.
- Conduct inspections and tests to verify compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Prepare and maintain quality assurance documentation and reports.
- Conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, and safety audits.
- Report and investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses.
- Track project progresses against the schedule and budget.
- Manage project documentation, including change orders, progress reports, and as-built drawings.
- Lead and supervise site engineering teams.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 9-12 years of experience to organize and lead shutdown, turnaround of mechanical maintenance work of static equipment as well as brown field projects with at least 5 years in lead position preferably in gulf region.
Certifications: PMP, NEBOSH, or equivalent certifications are desirable.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of oil & gas industry standards, codes, and regulations.
