PROJECT ENGINEER PS ( shutdown )

Roles & Responsibility

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.

• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure timely project execution.

• Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges encountered during project execution.

• Conduct inspections and tests to verify compliance with quality and safety standards.

• Prepare and maintain quality assurance documentation and reports.

• Conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, and safety audits.

• Report and investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses.

• Track project progresses against the schedule and budget.

• Manage project documentation, including change orders, progress reports, and as-built drawings.

• Lead and supervise site engineering teams.

• Provide training and development opportunities for team members.

• Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 9-12 years of experience to organize and lead shutdown, turnaround of mechanical maintenance work of static equipment as well as brown field projects with at least 5 years in lead position preferably in gulf region.

• Certifications: PMP, NEBOSH, or equivalent certifications are desirable.

• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of oil & gas industry standards, codes, and regulations.
