Key Responsibilities We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives and drive sustainable revenue growth. The idealcandidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s market presence, developingstrategic partnerships, and managing high-value client accounts. This role requires strongcommercial acumen, leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to close complex deals. Experience in the events sector is a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities• Lead the identification, evaluation, and pursuit of strategic business opportunitiesto expand market share and client portfolio.• Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned withcompany objectives.• Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients and strategicpartners.• Lead high-level negotiations and oversee the preparation of tailored proposals,presentations, and commercial agreements.• Manage and optimize the full sales cycle—from lead generation to contractnegotiation and closing—ensuring revenue targets are achieved.• Handle high-value and complex accounts, ensuring client satisfaction andretention.• Provide sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and strategic reports to seniormanagement.• Collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Leadership) toensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums toenhance brand positioning and generate leads.• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identifygrowth opportunities and support strategic planning.• Mentor and support junior sales team members when required.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’sdegree is a plus).• 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.• Proven experience managing strategic accounts and achieving revenue growth.• Experience in event management, exhibitions, or creative services is highlypreferred.• Demonstrated ability to close complex, high-value deals.
