Overview

Join our team in the chilled poultry sector as a Branch Manager / Branch Sales Manager, responsible for leading the daily operations and sales of chilled poultry within a specific branch in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage daily branch operations including sales, planning, and direct communication with key clients.
  • Develop and implement a sub-sales strategy targeting specific sectors such as government entities, service companies, and retail stores within the portfolio's scope.
  • Enhance customer service and ensure customer needs are met while maintaining quality and safety standards for chilled poultry.
  • Manage the sales team, providing continuous guidance and training to improve performance and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, conversion rate, profit margin, and operational efficiency, and provide periodic reports to senior management.
  • Manage warehouses and organize logistics to ensure high-quality product delivery on time.
  • Coordinate with quality and safety departments, monitoring compliance with health regulations and relevant local laws.
  • Contribute to preparing promotional offers and coordinate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and increase brand awareness.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, Food Science, or equivalent).
  • Career Level: Trainee with an opportunity for growth and assuming sub-leadership responsibilities.
  • Previous experience in sales or branch management within the food or poultry sector is an advantage, but extensive experience is not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and the team.
  • Strong organizational skills, analytical and decision-making abilities, and proficiency in managing time and resources.
  • Mobility within the specified governorate and a willingness for continuous professional development.
