Job description
▪ Supervise daily operations of soft services teams, including cleaning, catering, and security.
▪ Ensure service delivery meets established quality standards and client expectations.
▪ Conduct regular inspections and audits to monitor service quality and compliance.
▪ Provide training and support to team members to enhance service delivery skills.
▪ Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to facilitate seamless service provision. ▪ Address any service-related issues promptly, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
▪ Maintain accurate records of service activities and performance metrics.
▪ Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
▪ Assist in managing budgets and resources to optimize operational efficiency.
▪ Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in soft services management.
▪ Promote a culture of safety and compliance within the team.
▪ Facilitate effective communication among team members to enhance teamwork and collaboration. ▪ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities
Management, or a related field is required.
▪ 3-5 years of experience in soft services or facilities
management, with supervisory experience preferred.
