Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Training Program Coordination:
- Assist in coordinating training programs, workshops, and learning activities by scheduling sessions, booking venues, and managing training logistics.
- Support trainers, facilitators, and external vendors in delivering training content effectively to meet learning objectives.
- Learning Administration:
- Manage training calendars, course registrations, attendance tracking, and training records to ensure accurate documentation of employee participation.
- Assist in preparing training materials, resources, and equipment for training sessions, workshops, and learning events.
- Learning Event Support:
- Support the planning and execution of learning events, seminars, and developmental activities to engage employees and promote continuous learning.
- Coordinate communication, invitations, and logistics for learning events, including virtual training sessions and webinars.
- Learning Technology Assistance:
- Provide technical support for learning management systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and digital tools used for training delivery and content management.
- Assist employees in accessing online learning resources, troubleshooting technical issues, and navigating digital learning platforms.
- Training Evaluation and Feedback:
- Assist in collecting training evaluation data, feedback surveys, and assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs and learning initiatives.
- Compile feedback reports, analyze training outcomes, and support continuous improvement efforts based on learner feedback.
- Learning Communication:
- Communicate training schedules, learning opportunities, and development initiatives to employees through various channels, such as email, intranet, and posters.
- Promote learning events, resources, and programs to encourage employee participation and engagement in learning activities.
- Learning Support Services:
- Provide administrative support for learning projects, talent development initiatives, and performance improvement programs within the hotel.
- Collaborate with the Learning & Development team, HR partners, and department
Education, Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field; relevant training or certification in learning and development is a plus.
- Previous experience in training coordination, administrative roles, or support positions in a learning and development environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced training setting.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with trainers, employees, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, learning management systems (LMS), and online collaboration tools.
- Customer service orientation, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to supporting employee learning needs.
- Enthusiasm for learning and development initiatives, a willingness to learn new skills, and a passion for supporting employee growth and development.
