ASME Inspector

Conduct thorough inspections of pressure vessels, boilers, and related equipment, ensuring compliance with ASME codes and standards.

Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and welding procedures to verify conformity and identify potential issues.

Witness and verify welding procedures and welder qualifications, ensuring proper techniques and adherence to code requirements.

Perform visual, dimensional, and non-destructive examinations (NDE) on materials and welds, using various inspection methods.

Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.

Holds a valid ASME Inspector certification (e.g., API 510, API or equivalent.

Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of experience in pressure vessel or boiler inspection within the oil and gas or manufacturing industry.

Exhibits strong knowledge of ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Codes (BPVC) and related standards.
