Job description
Crafting high-quality coffee beverages by mastering espresso extraction and steaming techniques, ensuring every cup meets our standards.
Engaging with customers to provide personalized service, recommending beverages based on their preferences and dietary needs.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including regular cleaning of equipment and adherence to food safety standards.
Managing inventory by tracking stock levels and assisting with orders to ensure we never run out of essential ingredients.
A high school diploma or equivalent, with a passion for coffee and a desire to learn about different brewing techniques.
At least 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced café or coffee shop environment preferred, showcasing familiarity with espresso machines.
Barista certification or completion of a recognized coffee training program is a significant advantage.
Strong communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus to engage with a diverse customer base.
