Boutique Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage the boutique operations.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Manage and motivate the sales team.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Manage inventory and stock control.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback.
• Manage administrative tasks and reports.
• Implement and maintain the Mouawad Discount Policy.
• Manage the AX system.
• Implement the 5S methodology.
• Ensure adherence to company policies.
• Manage staff schedules.
• Ensure the store is clean.
• Manage the Client Connection Manager System.
• Manage PCB.
• Manage all customer requests and complaints.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Boutique Manager.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
