Job description
Identify and develop new customers for wooden pallets.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
Conduct site visits to understand customer operational requirements and pallet specifications.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales agreements.
Follow up on inquiries, purchase orders, deliveries, and payment collections.
Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Provide technical guidance to customers regarding pallet specifications and load capacity.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
