A leading company in the construction tools sector, providing reliable and distinguished solutions to its retail and wholesale clients.
We are looking for a Construction Tools Sales Representative (Wholesale) to join the sales team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, aiming to enhance the presence of our products in local markets and develop sustainable relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage and implement sales strategies according to the monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for the assigned province.
- Build and develop a strong network of wholesale clients, dealers, and authorized distributors, and sustainably expand the customer base.
- Analyze customer needs and present suitable construction tool product solutions, highlighting value propositions and competitive advantages.
- Negotiate prices, shipping, and payment terms to ensure an appropriate profit margin for both the company and the customers.
- Follow up on customer orders, ensure timely delivery of quality products, and resolve any logistical obstacles.
- Prepare promotional offers and seasonal discounts, coordinating with the marketing department according to company policy.
- Submit periodic reports on sales performance, competitor analysis, and market variables to the direct supervisor and planning department.
- Participate in trade exhibitions and events to enhance brand presence and introduce customers to new products.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A university degree in a relevant field from an accredited university (Bachelor's).
- Professional experience is not exclusively required for trainees, with preference given to those with prior experience in sales or the construction tools trade.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and negotiate skillfully.
- Basic knowledge of wholesale activities; an understanding of the construction materials supply chain and distribution areas in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
- High organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage your time and prioritize tasks.
- A valid driver's license and suitable accommodation within the target province.
Required Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Analytical ability and a results-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with using MS Office programs and the ability to prepare sales reports and distribution maps.
- Initiative, teamwork, and professional interaction with clients and stakeholders.
- The ability to travel flexibly between areas and provinces within the work scope.
