Job description
- Coordination between departments and operational units to resolve administrative and operational issues on a daily basis.
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events, and other relevant activities.
- Sending and receiving mail and packages.
- Preparing commercial correspondence (primarily using text processing software, data scheduling, and presentation programs).
- Sending faxes.
- Managing files.
- Researching and identifying primary data sources.
- Providing general office support across multiple fronts.
- Preparing meeting presentations, meeting materials, and internal support documents.
- Sending and receiving partnership inquiries.
