Project Manager-landscape and irrigation

BMCO is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale Landscaping & Irrigation O&M project, driving operational excellence, team performance and client satisfaction.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
▪️ Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
▪️ 15+ years of relevant experience, including 7+ years in an Operations Manager role.
▪️ Strong experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
▪️ Proven expertise in managing large landscaped areas, including trees, turf, shrubs and irrigation systems.
▪️ Strong knowledge of soil management, tree health, horticulture, fertilization, pest control and plant maintenance.
▪️ Technical expertise in irrigation networks, pumps, filtration systems, valves, sprinklers and drip irrigation.
▪️ Proven ability to achieve KPIs and SLAs, ensuring quality and productivity.
▪️ Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
▪️ Experience leading large manpower teams and managing equipment and subcontractors.

✅ Valid Saudi driving license — mandatory.
✅ Valid, transferable Iqama — mandatory.
