Job description
Key Responsibilities
✦ Manage all daily bakery production activities and ensure product availability.
✦ Lead and develop the bakery team through training, coaching, and performance management.
✦ Ensure consistent product quality, recipes, and presentation standards.
✦ Monitor production planning and forecasting to meet sales demand.
✦ Maintain food safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards at all times.
✦ Control food cost, waste, yield, and inventory accuracy.
✦ Conduct daily quality audits and corrective actions.
✦ Manage raw material stock levels and coordinate with suppliers and procurement.
✦ Develop and maintain production SOPs and operational procedures.
✦ Ensure equipment is maintained and operating efficiently.
✦ Support new product launches and continuous improvement initiatives.
✦ Monitor labor productivity and staffing requirements.
✦ Ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.
What We're Looking For
✦ Proven experience as a Bakery Kitchen Manager, Production Manager, or Head Baker.
✦ Strong knowledge of bakery production, pastries, cakes, and dessert operations.
✦ Solid understanding of HACCP, food safety, and quality systems.
✦ Experience in inventory management, food cost control, and waste reduction.
✦ Strong leadership and team development skills.
✦ Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
✦ Experience creating and implementing SOPs and production standards.
✦ Strong organizational and communication skills.
✦ Based in Jeddah, KSA, or willing to relocate.
