QC Supervisor - Mechanical and Welding

Review and approve welding procedures (WPS) and welder qualifications (WPQ) to ensure compliance.

Conduct thorough root cause analysis for non-conformances and implement effective corrective actions.

Lead and mentor a team of QC inspectors, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.

Develop and implement comprehensive inspection and test plans (ITPs) for mechanical and welding activities.

Oversee the execution of visual, NDT, and mechanical testing, meticulously documenting all findings.

Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and relevant codes (e.g., ASME, API) to guide inspection efforts.

Prepare and present detailed quality reports, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.

Ensure all welding and mechanical activities comply with safety regulations and environmental standards.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.

Demonstrated experience with international codes and standards such as ASME B3, API

Strong leadership and team management capabilities, fostering a culture of quality.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.

Physical ability to conduct site inspections in various industrial environments.
