QC Supervisor – Steel Structures & Mechanical

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced QC Supervisor to oversee quality assurance and quality control operations for our steel structure and mechanical projects. You will ensure full compliance with international standards and client specifications across welding, coating/painting, and galvanizing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and conduct QA/QC inspections for structural steel fabrication and assembly.
• Inspect welding activities and ensure compliance.
• Monitor surface preparation, painting/coating, and galvanizing.
• Review non-conformance reports (NCRs) and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience as a QC Supervisor in steel structure fabrication.
• Certifications: CWI/CSWIP (Welding) and NACE/BGAS (Coating) are highly preferred.
