trategic Business Growth & Market Expansion:
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and client segments.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine business strategies.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the business development team to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Set clear performance metrics and KPIs to drive productivity and accountability.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
Client & Partner Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Oversee negotiations and deal closures to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Serve as the main point of contact for high-value partners and strategic alliances.
Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement:
- Work closely with operations, product, and finance teams to enhance business processes.
- Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
- Optimize workflows to streamline business development activities.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align business strategies.
- Provide market insights and feedback to influence product development and innovation.
- Ensure seamless communication between sales, operations, and finance teams.
Skills
- 5 - 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.
- Saudi National, based in Riyadh.
- Proven track record of leading business development teams and driving revenue growth.
- Experience in fintech, technology, or financial services is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in CRM software, business analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- IT or technical experience is a plus.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
