Job description

  1. Shall be responsible for achieving sales and collection targets in the given territory and for managing Hospitality Customers.

  2. Responsibility also includes designing different strategies for various markets including recruiting, training, team building, motivating, understanding market needs and launching new products for the hospitality segments.

  3. Should be a good thinker, strategist, team player and must come up with innovative ideas for improving business in the territory.

  4. The Company has leading presence with more than 60% market share in the premium segment of Mattress industry and it would be the responsibility of the incumbent to sustain and improve the business.

  5. Shall be also responsible for conducting training programs for Company’s sales staff.

  6. To maintain very high level of working relationship with all the Hospitality customers.

  7. To attend to all Hospitality complaints and to take immediate action in coordination with the concerned staff.

  8. To adhere to the policies of the Company.

    Education – Post Graduate in Management

    Experience – Minimum 8 to 12 Years

    Salary - SAR 12,000/- to SAR 15,000/- per month

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a regional or territory management role in KSA
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends particularly for handling dealer segment & hospitality customers.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to travel within the region as needed.
