YALLO is a specialist IT talent and enterprise delivery firm operating across the GCC, India and UK/Europe. YALLO Arabia is our Saudi entity, serving clients in Technology, Data, Digital and Transformation.
The Role:
A dual-function role supporting YALLO Arabia's growth in the Saudi market across two areas:
Recruitment (approx. 50%)
- Source and screen IT professionals for contract and permanent positions across YALLO's core verticals
- Manage candidate pipelines using YALLO's tools and processes
- Coordinate with hiring managers and clients on shortlists and interviews
- Work as part of YALLO's wider recruitment team across India and the UAE, collaborating on shared requirements and candidate pipelines
- Business Development (approx. 50%)
- Identify and engage prospective clients in the Saudi market
- Support account opening activities — research, outreach, meeting coordination
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing client accounts
- Maintain CRM records and pipeline reporting
Requirements:
- Saudi national
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, business development, or a client-facing commercial role
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
- Familiarity with the IT/technology services market is preferred but not essential
