Job Summary

OVEEQ Technologies is seeking an experienced IT Engineer / Systems & Network Engineer to design, implement, configure and support IT infrastructure solutions.

The candidate should be capable of independently handling projects from site survey and solution design through BOM preparation, implementation, troubleshooting, documentation and handover, while also supporting the sales team with technical and pre-sales requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct customer site surveys and technical assessments.
• Design IT infrastructure solutions and prepare BOMs.
• Provide technical/pre-sales support for customer requirements and RFQs.
• Install and configure servers, storage, switches, firewalls and wireless networks.
• Configure VLANs, routing, VPNs, DHCP, DNS and related network services.
• Deploy and support Windows Server, Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Implement virtualization, backup and disaster-recovery solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex network, server, security and infrastructure issues.
• Perform migrations, upgrades and new infrastructure deployments.
• Provide L2/L3 technical support.
• Supervise and guide technicians during installations.
• Test, document and hand over completed projects.
• Coordinate with vendors/distributors for technical requirements and support.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on systems/networking experience.
• Previous system-integrator or IT solution-provider experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field preferred.
• Strong networking, systems-administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to independently conduct site surveys and implementations.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Fortinet, Microsoft or Aruba are advantageous.
• Good English communication; Arabic highly preferred.
• Saudi driving licence preferred.
• Transferable Iqama preferred.
• Flexibility for occasional after-hours project/support work.

Compensation

SAR 5,000/month – All-Inclusive Salary
