Warehouse keeper

We are looking for a talented warehouse supervisor to join our team in Riyadh. You will have a vital role in managing the daily warehouse operations and ensuring all activities align with quality and safety standards. You will be responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and shipping of products, contributing to improved inventory efficiency and reduced waste. You must have the ability to work in a fast-changing environment and possess strong organizational skills to ensure smooth workflow.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and organize all daily warehouse activities to ensure smooth workflow.
2. Supervise the receipt and unloading of shipments, verifying that quantities and specifications match invoices.
3. Organize product storage in a way that ensures easy access and minimizes waste.
4. Regularly update inventory records and verify data accuracy.
5. Provide periodic reports on inventory status, including any shortages or surpluses.
6. Implement safety and hygiene procedures in the warehouse to ensure a safe working environment.
7. Collaborate with shipping and distribution teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
8. Train and guide new employees on warehouse policies and procedures.
9. Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to improve efficiency.
10. Develop strategies to improve warehouse operations and reduce costs.
