Role Description The Showroom Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role oversees day-to-day showroom operations, ensuring an exceptional client experience that reflects the brand’s standards of luxury and service. Responsibilities include supervising the showroom team, coaching staff on client engagement and sales techniques, and managing appointment scheduling and floor coverage. The Showroom Manager monitors visual merchandising and product presentation, coordinates with head office on inventory and new collections, and supports key client appointments and events. The role also involves tracking sales performance, implementing initiatives to drive revenue and customer satisfaction, maintaining operational procedures, and ensuring the showroom is consistently prepared to welcome clients.
