As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various industries. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process and collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure successful placements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Post job ads on relevant platforms and screen incoming applications
- Source candidates using databases, social media, and professional networks
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates qualifications and cultural fit
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment reports
