We are looking for a Grill Chef, a Shawarma Chef, and a Hot Kitchen Assistant Chef to join a dynamic kitchen team focused on quality, safety, and a unique visitor experience.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Prepare and cook grill and shawarma dishes according to specified recipes and standards to ensure flavor and quality.
  • Manage hot kitchen stations and handle hot preparations, controlling temperatures according to food safety guidelines.
  • Monitor workflow on the production line and coordinate work with the kitchen team to ensure preparation speed and presentation quality.
  • Contribute to designing daily meal menus in coordination with the Head Chef and supervisors, considering customer requirements and costs.
  • Ensure the application of personal hygiene and workplace cleanliness standards and maintain necessary records according to restaurant policies.
  • Assist in training new cadres and guide them to ensure compliance with technical and safety standards.
  • Handle kitchen equipment, ensure its suitability, and perform simple maintenance when needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • University degree in a related field or recognized practical experience in the kitchen field. A minimum diploma with relevant experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work in shift and full-time systems, with flexibility in working hours.
  • Knowledge of the basics of food safety, workplace hygiene, and standard meal documentation.
  • Proficiency in Arabic fluently, with basic English proficiency preferred for communication with the foreign team/beneficiaries.
  • Strong team spirit, fast learning ability, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining work quality.
