Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation through commissioning and handover.
- Oversee EPC, construction, maintenance, shutdown, turnaround, brownfield, and greenfield projects within Oil & Gas and Power sectors.
- Develop project execution plans, schedules, resource allocation plans, and budgets.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual requirements.
- Monitor project performance, progress, and financial status, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Manage project risks, opportunities, and mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate closely with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Planning, Quality, HSE, and Commercial teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Lead project review meetings and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with international standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and develop project managers and project teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, or related discipline).
- Master's Degree or MBA will be an added advantage.
- PMP or equivalent Project Management certification preferred.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in Project Management within the Oil & Gas and/or Power sectors.
- Experience managing EPC, Industrial Construction, Power Generation, Transmission, Distribution, Refinery, Petrochemical, or Energy projects.
- Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, cost control, contract management, procurement, and project execution.
- Experience handling multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
- GCC/Middle East experience is highly preferred.

- Similar international EPC, Oil & Gas, Power, or Industrial Construction organizations.
