The objective of the position
Achieving sales targets through the acquisition of new clients, building long-term relationships with existing clients, and promoting maintenance and protection services for vehicles, ensuring increased revenue and enhanced customer experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Welcoming clients, identifying their needs, and providing appropriate solutions.
- Professionally explaining partnership services and the advantages of each service.
- Preparing pricing proposals and ensuring compliance with agreements and sales closure.
- Achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Tracking potential clients and converting them into active clients.
- Maintaining and continuously updating the client database.
- Coordinating with the operations team to ensure service delivery according to client expectations.
- Handling client inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Executing sales activities through exhibitions, phone calls, and social media.
- Preparing periodic sales reports and submitting them to management.
- Proposing opportunities for sales development and increasing revenue.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience of at least two years in sales or customer service.
- Experience in the automotive sector or vehicle maintenance services is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
