On behalf of our client we are looking for: Branch Sales Manager

Summary:

The Merchandiser's Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the merchandising operations within a retail environment. This position involves managing a team of merchandisers, ensuring effective product placement, and implementing strategies to enhance the overall visual appeal of the store. The Merchandiser's Supervisor collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive sales, improve customer experience, and uphold brand standards. 

Responsibilities: 

​****Team Leadership:

  • Supervise and lead a team of merchandisers, providing guidance and support.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Visual Merchandising:

  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the overall store appearance.
  • Ensure proper product placement and signage to attract customer attention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align merchandising efforts with promotional campaigns.

Inventory Management:

  • Oversee inventory levels and collaborate with relevant departments to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Implement efficient replenishment processes to maintain optimal stock levels.

Sales Analysis:

  • Analyze sales trends and customer preferences to optimize product assortment.
  • Make data-driven recommendations to improve sales and maximize profitability.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to align merchandising strategies with overall business goals.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach to store presentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in using merchandising software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
  • 4-6 years’ experience in the same field, Proven experience in retail merchandising, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
