Job Description

The company announces its desire to hire a Counter Sales Representative to work within the Aftermarket & Tools Solutions sector.

The role focuses on serving direct customers, providing technical support for spare parts, and contributing to achieving sales targets.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Receive customers inside the showroom and identify their spare parts needs
• Assist in selecting appropriate parts and provide technical advice
• Provide accurate information on parts availability, prices, and delivery times
• Prepare price quotations and process orders using company systems
• Handle sales transactions, returns, and invoices according to approved procedures
• Follow up on quotations and prepare sales reports
• Provide technical and procedural support to the external sales team
• Report any shortage or surplus in inventory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and workshops

Qualifications

• Saudi nationality (essential requirement)
• Diploma in Automotive & Vehicle Technology or Heavy Equipment Technology
• (Technical College / Colleges of Excellence)
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is an additional advantage
• Experience not required – Recent graduates are welcome
• Basic knowledge of engines, heavy equipment, and mechanical components
• Willingness to learn spare parts systems (such as SIS) and ERP systems
