Hold a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nautical Science, Maritime Studies, or a related field, providing a strong academic foundation.

Accumulate a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in command or senior deck officer roles on commercial vessels, offering practical insights.

Maintain current STCW certifications, including Advanced Fire Fighting, Medical First Aid, and Survival Craft, ensuring safety expertise.
