Monitor and adjust drilling parameters, such as rotation speed, thrust, and fluid pressure, to optimize performance and prevent issues.

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on rig machinery, identifying and rectifying potential mechanical failures.

Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, demonstrating foundational knowledge.

Hold a valid Heavy Equipment Operator certification or equivalent, showcasing operational competency.

Have 2-5 years of proven experience operating piling or drilling rigs in construction environments.
