This policy is designed to comply with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and the policies of the above app stores. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

- Service: The Shougl Job Seeker App and all associated digital platforms.
- Personal Data: Data about a living individual who can be identified from those data or from those data together with other information in our possession.
- Sensitive Data: Includes Iqama number, passport number, and any health or biometric data.

- It is collected with your explicit consent and you may request its deletion or correction at any time.
1.3 Passport Number
Your passport number is collected for identity verification purposes only where required. The same protection safeguards applied to the Iqama number apply equally to passport data.

- Device type, operating system, and device ID.
- IP address and usage data.
- Crash reports.
- Approximate location (with your explicit permission only).

- Sign-in data via Google or Apple.
