Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Receiving clients, dealing with them professionally, and presenting products or services suitable for their needs.
- Achieving the monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Following up on customer inquiries, responding to them, and successfully closing sales.
- Preparing price quotes and completing sales and contracting procedures.
- Building long-term relationships with customers and maintaining their satisfaction.
- Updating customer data in the system and documenting all sales processes.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure the delivery of services or products to customers on time.
- Participating in marketing campaigns and promotional events.
- Submitting periodic reports on sales performance to direct management.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Educational Qualification:
- High school diploma as a minimum (preferably a diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration).
Experience:
- At least 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer service.
- Preference given to those with experience in the same field or sector.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and customer persuasion skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
- Negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs or CRM systems.
