Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support firefighting, rescue, evacuation, and emergency response operations while ensuring personnel and public safety.
- Provide initial emergency medical support, including triage, BLS, and coordination with EMS teams.
- Ensure operational readiness of fire trucks, SCBAs, PPE, firefighting tools, and equipment.
- Conduct crew training, drills, onboarding, and competency assessments in accordance with SOPs, NFPA standards, and safety requirements.
- Support incident command, tactical planning, crew deployment, and coordination with dispatch and external emergency agencies.
- Conduct station inspections, equipment readiness checks, incident report reviews, and post-incident performance evaluations.
- Supervise personnel, shift briefings, duty rosters, attendance, performance, and professional development.
Required Certifications
- Firefighter I & II – NFPA 1001
- Hazardous Materials Awareness & Operations – NFPA 472
- Fire Apparatus Driver/Operator – NFPA 1002
- Fire Instructor I – NFPA 1041
- Fire Officer I – NFPA 1021
- ICS/NIMS Certification
Candidate Requirements
- Saudi National.
- Relevant firefighting, fire & rescue, emergency response, or fire service experience.
- Valid and verifiable required certifications.
- Strong knowledge of fireground operations, rescue procedures, emergency response, and safety practices.
- Ability to work shifts and perform effectively in high-pressure emergency situations.
