Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead operational readiness activities across multiple departments to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement readiness plans, including validation of processes, procedures, and systems.
- Identify potential gaps or risks in operational readiness and drive appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth handover of assets and responsibilities.
- Establish metrics and performance indicators to monitor readiness progress and quality.
- Facilitate training and workshops to enhance team capability and readiness awareness.
- Communicate progress and issues to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence.
At least 5 years of experience in operational readiness, project management, or operational excellence roles.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related discipline.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating complex projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with operational readiness frameworks and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in large-scale projects, preferably within entertainment, hospitality, or real estate sectors.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
