Electrical Supervisor- Renewable Energy (Solar)

Supervise daily site activities for solar PV installation and related electrical/mechanical works.

Monitor subcontractor manpower, productivity, and workmanship to ensure execution as per project schedule and quality standards.

Coordinate effectively with Enova engineers, consultants, and client teams for smooth project execution.

Ensure compliance with project drawings, method statements, and technical specifications.

Maintain strict adherence to HSEEQ requirements and promote a strong safety culture at site.

Conduct toolbox talks, site inspections, and ensure proper use of PPE by all site personnel.

Report site progress, issues, risks, and resource requirements to the Project Manager.

Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities when required.

Ensure proper housekeeping and material management at site.

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in construction/project supervision activities.

Experience in solar PV projects will be considered an added advantage.

Mandatory HSE certification such as IOSH or NEBOSH.
