Sales Representative for Ready-Mix Concrete

Our company is seeking a "Sales Representative for Ready-Mix Concrete" to enhance our field team, focusing on building and developing relationships with clients and achieving sales objectives in Riyadh.

Responsibilities:

Marketing and field sales of ready-mix concrete products to companies, contractors, and individuals.

Utilizing the existing customer database and developing it, targeting new clients and projects in Riyadh (specifically in the northern region).

Monitoring ongoing projects and market movements and competitors in the area.

Negotiating contracts and finalizing sales agreements in accordance with company policies.

Financial collection and monitoring receivables in coordination with the finance department.

Providing regular reports to management on sales volume, available opportunities, and market conditions.

Essential Requirements:

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field.

Work Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in ready-mix concrete sales specifically within Riyadh.

Client Base: Strong and active client network with contractors and companies in Riyadh (basic prerequisite).

Scope of Work: Preference for candidates with extensive experience and clients in the northern region of Riyadh.

Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to persuade and build long-term relationships.

Additional: Must possess a valid driving license and have access to a personal vehicle.
