Job description
- Lead the overall technical management of construction projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, cost, and quality requirements.
- Review tender documents, IFC drawings, and identify technical risks and discrepancies.
- Coordinate with planning, procurement, commercial, and operations teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare RFPs for Design & Build projects and manage consultants' deliverables.
- Review subcontractor and supplier technical submissions and evaluations.
- Monitor design changes and assess their impact on project cost and schedule.
- Oversee shop drawings, mock-ups, technical submissions, and project documentation.
- Conduct technical meetings, workshops, and provide technical support during project execution.
- Lead value engineering initiatives and project closeout documentation.
- Manage project teams, delegate responsibilities, and ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Engineering (PMP Certification preferred).
- Minimum 14 years of experience in main contracting, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience on large-scale mixed-use projects with strong GCC experience.
- Strong technical expertise in Design & Build projects, technical reviews, design coordination, and value engineering.
- Excellent leadership, project management, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM/Revit, and Primavera (preferred).
