Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide fine and distinguished hospitality service to customers according to the highest service standards.
• Receive customers, welcome them, and provide service with professionalism and courtesy.
• Take orders and serve food and beverages in an organized and professional manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the service area and tables.
• Deal with customers with respect and professionalism and respond to their needs.
• Adhere to quality and safety standards and operational instructions.
• Cooperate with the work team to ensure the delivery of an exceptional hospitality experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the position of Waiter, preferably in the field of fine hospitality or upscale hotels and restaurants.
• Good experience in dealing with customers and providing hospitality services.
• Good knowledge of customer service fundamentals and food and beverage serving etiquette.
• Excellent communication skills, good conduct, and courtesy.
• Professional appearance and attention to personal hygiene.
• Ability to work within a team and handle work pressure.
• Commitment, discipline, and flexibility in working hours.
• The applicant must be present in the Eastern Province.
• Proficiency in English is considered an additional advantage.
