Field Technician

Job Purpose:

To ensure the seamless execution of on-site operations in Riyadh and across KSA by performing high-quality installation, testing, and maintenance of technical systems. This role serves as a vital link between engineering plans and site reality, utilizing technical expertise in troubleshooting and documentation to maintain safety standards and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment and systems.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and installation manuals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Prepare and send professional emails, daily reports, and documentation.
• Use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) for reporting, documentation, and communication.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth site operations.
• Conduct material inspections, equipment handling, and quality checks.
• Ensure all site activities comply with safety standards and company procedures.
• Support project engineers during execution and handover stages.
• Extensive travel within KSA

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Diploma or technical certification in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Field Technician, Site Technician, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of installation practices, troubleshooting, and site coordination.

Job Specifications:

• Ability to travel across the kingdom using the company's vehicle.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to write and send professional emails.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of the Saudi market and experience working in Riyadh is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Valid driving license is an advantage.
