Medical Store Keeper

Job Description

1. Receive medical materials and supplies, ensuring quantities and specifications match purchase orders and invoices.
2. Accurately record incoming materials in the inventory management system.
3. Organize materials within the warehouse in an orderly manner that facilitates access and reduces loss or damage.
4. Adhere to the application of safe storage standards according to the nature of the materials.
5. Dispense materials to requesting parties based on approved requests, and update dispensing data in the system.
6. Monitor inventory periodically, and report on missing, stagnant, or nearly depleted materials.
7. Participate in conducting periodic and annual inventory counts, and document discrepancies between the actual and systematic balances.
