Sales Executive

Contact and follow up with leads provided by the company through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable company services.

Explain company services, procedures, pricing, and other relevant information clearly to potential customers.

Convert provided leads into successful sales and achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

Maintain regular and timely follow-ups with potential customers to maximize conversion opportunities.

Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Prepare and send quotations, proposals, contracts, and invoices as required.

Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about services and work status.

Negotiate with customers and close sales in accordance with company policies and pricing guidelines.

Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth processing of confirmed customers and timely completion of their requirements.

Follow up with internal departments regarding customer work status and provide updates to clients when required.

Handle customer concerns professionally and coordinate with the relevant departments to resolve issues.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and provide regular updates on sales performance.

Monitor lead conversion and follow-up activities to identify opportunities for improving sales performance.

Maintain a professional relationship with customers throughout the sales process.

Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other sales activities.

Stay updated on company services and communicate new offers or service updates to potential customers.

Perform other sales-related duties as assigned by management.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.

Previous experience in sales, business development, telesales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.

Freshers with strong communication and sales abilities are welcome to apply.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.

Confident and professional telephone and face-to-face communication.

Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.

Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work with provided leads and convert prospects into customers.

Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.

Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.

UAE sales experience is an added advantage.

Arabic or any other language is an added advantage.
