Assistant Machine Operator

Assist in setting up and calibrating machines to ensure optimal performance and quality output.

Monitor machine operations in real-time, promptly identifying and troubleshooting any issues that arise.

Perform routine maintenance on machinery, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs, to prevent breakdowns.

Keep detailed records of machine performance data, maintenance schedules, and production metrics for analysis.

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in machine operation is a plus.

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally 1-5 years in a similar role.

Certification in machine operation or safety protocols is highly desirable.

Hands-on experience with CNC machines, lathes, or similar equipment is preferred.
