Job description
You will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking personalized, high-quality garments. Your role is to deliver exceptional customer service, understand clients’ style preferences and needs, and guide them through the tailoring process—from fabric selection to final fitting—while achieving sales targets and building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage clients, offering expert advice on style, fabric, and tailoring
options.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and
referrals.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, including fabrics, cuts, and fashion
trends.
- Coordinate with tailors and production team to ensure accuracy and timely
delivery of garments.
- Manage client appointments, order follow-ups, and post-sale services.
Requirements:
Proven experience in high-end retail sales, ideally in fashion or bespoke tailoring.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and convey complex tailoring concepts to clients.
Proficient in CRM or POS systems (preferred).
Flexible availability, including weekends or evenings if required.
