Main Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement marketing plans and strategies for real estate projects.
• Market, sell, and lease residential properties and lands through various channels.
• Manage advertising and marketing campaigns through digital and traditional channels.
• Oversee advertisements on various real estate platforms and applications.
• Manage company accounts on social media platforms and prepare appropriate marketing content.
• Respond to client inquiries and convert them into sales or leasing opportunities.
• Organize and showcase properties and conduct site visits for clients.
• Build and develop a database for potential clients and investors.
• Study and analyze the real estate market and competitors to identify business opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and sales results.
• Prepare marketing proposals and promotional materials for real estate projects.
• Coordinate with sales teams and manage projects and stakeholders to close deals.
• Build an active network within the real estate market.
