Product Manager-Fintech

An established group in the financial services sector is hiring a Product Manager in Riyadh to drive the build of a new consumer digital product.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product backlog: write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Work daily with design and engineering to ship: scope, prioritise, unblock, verify

• Translate business requirements into buildable specifications covering flows, edge cases, and failure states

• Run discovery and user testing; turn findings into product decisions

• Coordinate with legal, compliance, and operations so releases clear internal review first time

• Track delivery against milestones and report progress to senior stakeholders

• Own product documentation: journeys, release notes, decision logs

Requirements:

• 7+ years of product management on consumer digital products; mobile experience preferred

• Track record shipping end to end with design and engineering teams

• Strong written specifications; you define edge cases and failure states, not just happy paths

• Experience in financial services or another regulated industry is a strong advantage

• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage

• Fluent with product tooling such as Figma and Jira

• Based in Saudi Arabia; transferable iqama preferred for expatriate candidates
