FMCG Supervisor

• Supervise and lead a team of sales representatives, merchandisers, and promoters.

• Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Monitor product availability, stock levels, and shelf visibility across retail outlets.

• Implement merchandising standards and promotional activities in line with company guidelines.

• Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail customers and distributors.

• Resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of service satisfaction.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.

• Monitor inventory movement and coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment.

• Train, motivate, and evaluate team members to improve productivity and performance.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and operational procedures.

• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in the FMCG industry, KSA region.

• Proven experience managing sales and merchandising teams.

• Strong understanding of retail operations, distribution, and merchandising principles.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
